Complaint Review: National Home Trainers

National Home Trainers is a crock. I am an ex employee of the company and the whole 3 months I have worked for this company has been a nightmare! This company has been uncooperative with any issues I have had and they never replyto my concerns.

They have not paid me my last 2 paychecks and keep telling me they sent them out and they don't know why I have not gotten them! Well I think I know why because they never sent them! I have reported them to the BBB only because I want them to know this is not how you handle a bussiness.

I have called numerous times, sent numerous emails, and left several messages but never get a reply. The few times I have gotten through there is always an excuse as to why nobody can help me. Several of the clients I have worked with have told me the company keeps taking money from their accounts without their consent! And they are not even paying me for the services I have provided to these clients!

So I finally get a call today (WOW SURPRISE) and it's from the PT Manager! This the second time i have talked to this bitter woman and she was pissed i reported her to the BBB! Now somebody calls after all the calls I made to them and it's because i took action!
She stated she wasgoing to sue me for everything and that she is going to blacklist me so I never work in this industry again!

I am not worried. I have nothing anyway. They don't pay me. So beware consumers don't trust them they will steal your money and give you crappy service.

This is myopinion and I think there may others that feel the same way. Either you were taken advantage of from them as a client or you were a trainer who got screwed like me and others on this site!
