I had only been a client of National Home Trainers for a month when my trainer told me of this news. I was infuriated to learn that my account had been debited but my trainer wasn't paid. And, then the letter that came in the mail stating the exact thing from the website without an email address or contact number for questions or concerns made me even more angry. How can a company take advantage of people with a genuine desire to emprove themselves, trainers and clients? I am currently working with my bank to get my trainer, Richard, paid and researching other ways to see that this company gets what they deserve.
