I am just like all of you. This company took my money and closed their doors too. I signed up back in August. And, like some of you, they charged me in-full before I even had my first session. Even though the agreement stated they wouldn't charge me in full until after my first session. I had a hard time getting the trainer to work with the schedule that I wanted, but when we finally got it worked out, she was great. I LOVED my trainer. She was very responsive, energetic, understanding, and so on. She was a total professional (unlike this company--who apparently doesn't have a problem airing their dirty laundry to the world). Anyway, a couple of months ago, my trainer told me about her problems getting paid as well, just like many other trainers out there, I'm finding out. And we were concerned then. A couple of her other clients filed a report with the BBB at that time. To now come to this. They still owe me money for 30 sessions as I paid in full up-front and they have not paid my trainer as well. I've also done the same as many others and have filed a BBB complaint. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company but I'm not sure what they'll be able to do, but it's worth a try.

If anyone hears of a class-action suit I'd love to know about it. With this many people involved something needs to be done quickly before they get too far into filing bankruptcy, Which they've got to be doing at this point, and none of us see our money.
