In June of 2008. i was phoned by a telemarketer about possibly giving me a free toner. he asked what was our most popular toner that we used and i told him but they sent me the wrong one any way. He also said that it was free with no cost to us and would only get charged when we returned the box with the used toner cartridge in it. i tried to return but they would not except it. i had gotten the invoice in late july when i called them and tried to get it straightened out. then they told me to donate it. but then they sent an adjusted invoice for me to pay. i think i will send back the toner with a copy of the invoice.
