National Imaging Systems Sent me a cartridge HP2100 I didnt order and now wants me to pay them $200 Van Nuys California

I received a call from National Imaging Systems on 8/31/08 from a lady by the name of Susie.
She claimed one of my employees purchased this toner and now we have to pay for it. I proceeded to tell them I am the only one authorized to purchase supplies and did not authorize this purchase.

Susie said well I have the invoice right here that says you received it back in January....I replied. Back in January and you are just now contacting me about this matter? She said well we have left many messages with said person I proceed to tell her this person knows he can't purchase any office products nor can he authorize this payment. I asked her for the proof that he ordered this item and she could give me anything. So I ask her how do I know you didn't just get a name and address and ship it to us and try to say we ordered it... Where is your proof? Who called? What was said? Of course she gave me nothing....

So after her sending me the invoice I realize it's the same company I got scammed by last year on 7/02/07 and ended up paying for one of their $200 cartridges. I made sure they where told to never contact us again and how unhappy I was with their scam... I have an investigation open with UPS, because this unknown cartridge wasn't delivered here, nor did anyone from my company sign for it. So far I haven't herd back from Susie yet but I am sure I will be hearing something with in the next few weeks.
