Complaint Review: National Imaging Systems

National Imaging Systems called our company and offered a toner cartridge to try out at no cost to us. If we liked it, they would offer competitive prices for future cartridges. We called them right when we received the cartridge to verify the deal and they agreed, it was the correct information. We are now being billed for the cartridge and they changed the story they told us. They changed their story to us agreeing to order the cartridge and paying for it. Of course their price is not cheaper than what we normally pay!
