I am new in the position I currently have. I received a call from them indicating that I am eligible for a free item (they gave me three choices, I chose the radio) to thank us for our business.

About a week later the radio arrived. About a week after that 5 cases of Toner arrived from with a bill for $400 and a return address from some company name (one I had never heard of). Not knowing why we received these toners, I returned them via Fed-Ex (cost me $44). Three weeks later I get a phone call from National Imaging inquiring about a $40 past due balance for the radio. The collections department went on to explain that the radio was a "Promo" gift to keep if we dicided to keep the toners. But since we returned only the toner we need to pay for the radio. It was then that I put it together with the 5 toners that arrived. I asked if I could return the radio and was instructed "only if it has not been opened". I explained to her that under no way was this radio presented as part of a Promo.

So (in disgust) I agreed to pay the $40 for the "flippin" radio that I never did order due to the fact that I returned toner that I never did order.

WAIT !!! This gets MUCH better!! I tried calling the original; salesman all day and kept leaving messages for him to call me. he never did. BUT, about 6 hours later I did get a call from a different salesman. I immediately asked his first and last name (Steve Bond) and his phone number. He went on to give me the EXACT same pitch as the first saleman did weeks ago. explaining that due to our business I was eligible to choose from three gifts. I let him go through his whole pitch to see how HE explained it and once again he NEVER said anything about ordering or being sent toner. When he finished, I asked him, "Why is it I get to pick one of these items for free?" And his answer "To thank us for our business" (sound familiar).

Once he was done I told him about my previous experience and only then did he go into the fact that they would be sending my toner to keep if I wish it. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up on me (not surprisingly). I called the number back and it was answered by National Imaging, but when I asked to speak to sales rep Steve Bond was told that there was no one there named Steve.

Today I am looking at my account online and I have been charged TWICE - ( $80 ) for this stupid radio. I have tried calling the number and cannot get an answer. I think I am going to have the back retract this payment and wait for them to contact me again...

AAAAUUUUGGGHHHH !!!!
