I found a truck on craigslist that this company was selling. Great condition, low mileage, simple accessories that I needed, and exactly what I wanted: 4x4 Quad cab. I took it for a test drive. Sounded good. The interior and exterior were perfect. Less than 40k miles for a 2002 sounded great. I went back the next day and bought it.

Then the troubles....
I realized after the sale the it did not come with a CD player or an alarm system. It was supposed to, according to the ad. It didn't even come with a tire jack, or the lug nut lock to take off the tires. I called them and they told me that it was just a misprint and a mistake and that I couldn't do anything about it. While I was on the phone, I asked where my registration was. They said that it was in the mail and that I should have it by in a day or two (it was a Monday). I waited until Wednesdays mail. No registration. I called back and asked again, to which I got the response of "I don't know".

Then I was told it was going to get mailed out that day. Again I waited. This time when I tried to call, they screened my calls and would not answer them. I had my wife call from a different number and they answered right away. He told her he was in meetings all day and that's why he didn't answer. She asked where my registration was and was told the the runner was going to the RMV that day to process it. So, it took over two weeks to get it.

When I got it, I went to get the car inspected. FAIL! All four ball joints needed to be replaced. I brought it to my mechanic and was told that there was $3 - $4k worth of work to be done (ball joints, rear brake line, oil leaks, PVC boots). Called the dealer again and told them. Made an appointment for them to fix it. They had my truck for six days. Brought it back to my mechanic and had to pay $500 for him to fix what they fixed.

I just had the left front axle replaced, an alignment done and it still pulls to the right. And it needs new tires. And I needed a new battery. They put in a refurbished battery to make it look new. My car was stalling while driving. Pretty scary. I found out that I am the fourth owner of this truck. I was told that this truck was in perfect condition. I guess car salesman have different views or perfect condition (only whats on the outside).

This company is full of idiots. I made the number one mistake by not bringing it to my mechanic. I thought 40k miles on a truck that was 6 years old was great. But anyway, this truck should not have been in this condition to sell. It was very unsafe to drive. The customer service after the sale was the worst I have ever seen. I still have an open case with the Massachusetts DA's office and I don't know if I will continue with it, or just let it go.
