National Interstate Refuse to pay for damages to my vehicle Richfield Ohio
National Interstate has determined that their client Gulf Mark Energy is not at fault after a collison. The driver of an eighteen wheeler changed lanes from the center lane of a three lane highway to pass a car in front of him and hit me in the right rear quarter panel of my Ford Focus. I crossed three lanes of traffic and hit the medium totaling my Ford. The police report clearly sights the driver of the 18 wheeler at fault to this accident. Yet, National Interstate Insurance company does not feel that they are responsible for my damages and expenses. The trucks on Houston freeways are reckless and operate like they are driving sports cars instead of 10 ton trucks.
