In violation of California and federal law, they scam consumers out of a fee for a loan mod, which of course never happens. They then change names, leaving victims without even a phone number that works. Very typical loan mod scam.

For whatever reason the BBB is not listing the complaints or bad reviews for this company, and have a fake address and fake owner listed for NJS.
