National Library of Poetry Stole my poetry, copyright infringment Ohio? internet
I entered my poetry on the National Library of Poetry's site (Howard Ely) and they are selling a poem that has already been published in another book.
They are committing copyright infringement
They also went ahead and put all of my poetry up for sale without my consent in packages of up to 300 dollars.
I have four sons who could be benefiting from the sales of my poetry, one of which is in a wheel chair for life.
I can no longer find the National Library of Poetry online (they keep changing their name and have numerous affiliated sites)but saw all my poetry neatly packaged for sale on tote bags, t-shirts, memo pads, calenders, greeting cards, mouse pads...
I was sent numerous editors choice awards and also awarded a crystal award and invited to come to the united states to accept an award publicly
I did not respond to the invitations unsure if I wanted to publish my writing with them or accept an award! I was looking for feed back to see if people liked my poetry.
There should be a law forcing publishing companies to warn you that if you do not respond to them it relinquishes your rights to your own writing but then I'm not even sure if not responding does give them full rights..
