I just received the "Official Notice" described by so many here. It just had the ring of trouble, and as I started to shred it I grabbed it back to look into this company. Thank goodness I found this site and had my suspicions confirmed! As with other complainants here who noted legitimate and respected publications, the notice we recieved indicated it had something to do with TV Guide. What I would like to know, though, is whether they start calling you, or if they only do so if you contact them in response to this Offical Notice. We are on the National Do Not Call Registry, but there are a few companies we have experienced who do not care.

They will not initiate a call to you. The mailer is a lure for you to call in. That opens Pandora's Box. Pretend that you are Eve, sent back to Eden with a second chance not to take a bite out of the fruit and act accordingly. Good Luck.
