they told me I would have 30 days before I would be be billed $6.66, but they immediately billed my credit card $69 & caused a $29 over limit fee! abused & mistreated consumer rip-off fraud

I was lied to!Iwas told that I would not be billed for 30 days and that I would have time to cancell or change my mind, but they immediately billed my credit card, which I did not expect, because I wouldn't have charged anything because i knew that i would be over limit at that time....they lied and it caused my account to go over limit and cost me a $29 over limit fee! I have tried to cancell immediately after I saw the cahrge on my credit card, but I cannot get anyone!

Special Rule For Credit Cards

#5Consumer Suggestion

Mon, February 24, 2003

If you truly cannot get ahold of anyone to cancel this subscription, look on the back of your credit card statement. There is a special rule for credit card purchases, if the service/product being sold is over $50 and you are not satisfied, you can dispute it if there is a problem. It also will say it has to be in your home state or 100 miles of your home state, however, many card issuers are flexible.

However, I would make every effort to try and resolve it with NME.
