My company started work for National make ready services on  June 17th. We were asked to cut a total of 32 properties in a 2 week period. Now this doesnt seem like much but the propertiies were over grown with grass standing 5 ft high hedges needed trimming . We cut the first couple of properties with no manicure beause the company needed them cut asap because of notices from city. So we did . Soon we were told the yards had to be comletely manicured and they needed 4 a day cut. Now with 5 ft grass(and we have all our pictures) this was a problem for the price we were to be paid .

We talked to our contact and let her know we would no longer be able to do the yards for the price and kind of work they were expecting. She agreed that the yards had not been touched in awhile and the yards warranted more pay. With that they gave us more properties to cut. We cut the last property on July 17 . We were told we were no longer needed because they claim they didnt get pictures for yards.Which is a lie . I have every picture of every property before and after, who I sent them too and the date.

I was told to send I-9 and waiver form for each property which I did (have fax receipts for that)I was told in email and text(which I also have) by the owner that my check had been cut. I informed him that  I had not recieved it. He assured me he would personally send it, this was the 21st of August. As of today   august 29th I have not been able to contact any one or recieved a check. Ive been in business for 14 yrs and have never had to deal with this type of situation. Im not sure what the issue is because ive been told I will be paid.  Being in business awhile, especially when your the owner you haft to learn that your word is everything.
