Complaint Review: National Mortage Center

this company has done something that is against the law.
they gave my daughter a loan on our home ,and never stop to consider what her income was .and the payments will go up each month of the loan which is for 40 years right now the payment is 550.00 and next month will go up to 600.oo or more.then so on. i do beleive they call this preditory lending .she has a house to keep up and daughter trying to get in college and mom to care for .so if you can give me some info on this i would sure appreciate that .
