On 6/1/2008 I saw a Commercial that advertised a pair of
Binoculars for $29.95 plus $7.95 shipping. I don't shop much as I am on a very limited income and Disabled. I planned to use the Binoculars to bird watch from my window in my house.

I called the number and ordered 1 pair to be sent to me and confirmed the total price of $37.90 to be charged to my Credit Card. The Operator "Rikki" assured me that was the only charge that would be charged to my card and the order would be out in approx. 2-3 weeks.

Well, Via UPS they delivered 2 small boxes that were tied
together with 1 plastic tie. They were NOT seperate.
They sent me 2 Identical Binoculars with an Invoice
charging me for 2 Binoculars, $25.80 for shipping and
handling! Total $79.70! They over charged me $41.80.

When I called them telling them I did not order 2 Binoculars, only one, also the over payment for shipping and handling, they told me to send the other one back abut they would only refund me $23.95! I am so mad, I don't have a lot of money and I hate that someone would take advantage of a disabled person in that way. Also, he said the extra shipping was for shipping 2 packages?? Hello, they were strapped together. What crooks! I will NEVER EVER order anything over the phone again. Please beware of those Commercials that try to make you think you are getting a deal. THERE IS NO SUCH THING.
