2008 my wife ordered a gift for my nephew for christmas, that went just fine, 2009 i get a free call from this company wanting me to accept a free gift for the previous years order. i know nothing is free, so i wanted to so what this was all about. they not only sent one but three. then i recieved a letter saying i needed to pay for the order. i called them and they said it was a mix up and they would send a return package, i waited......now i have gotten a letter from a collection agency called accounts receivable technologies. every time i call i get put on hold then disconnected
