Before applying with their auto financing department, the finance person told me that there would be a $20 fee that was refundable if the financing was not approved. I think he called it either an "ADS" or "APPS" fee. After my financing fell through, I assume they would automatically refund my money back into my account, so I waited. I called them about a week later and they seem have forgotten that they owe me any money so I explained and the finance person promised to send me a check. Over a week went by and still no check in the mail. I called again and they were again oblivious to what I was talking about. Again, the finance person told me they would send me a check. This has been going on for about a month now.

When I lived in maryland I purchased several cars from Brian and Mark of National Motors. They are very hepfull and it is true they do not have a finance guy. As far as I can remember is has been them 2. Every purchase I have made was trouble free and when there was a problem with the car they would take care of it. I even sent friends there to them to get cars and they have no problems. Even after he totaled the integra he got from there they bought it back. I actually bought a 96 Z28 camaro that mark sold my friend jim he got from there a couple years ago and it runs like a champ. Dont let the other guy fool you they are one of the few car dealers that are legit in that aera and they will go out of their way to help.

There is no finance person here

This is a small independent dealership with 2 salespeople and 1 mechanic. There is no finance department or finance person here. Does David have the right place? Can you write anything about anybody on this site with no fact checking?
