I have also tracked this package on UPSs website and it clearly states that this package was delivered and signed by BACHU.  I have also tried to call you several times..  Here is the actual page off of UPSs site.  (this tracking report clearly stated that the item was sent back to FL. to UPS warehouse. I am in RI)

Jan 31 2012- It was sent to West Palm Beach FL. to UPS ware house. I am in Greenville RI

Feb 2 2012-This is an actual E-mail that I rescieved from UPS. If You cant assist me with this please

refund my money and I will purchase the item from a distributor that has a better customer service

department. UPS e-mail- ( Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, the shipper did not enter information, such as the ship to address. This information was not uploaded to our system. I am sorry that we are unable to make any changes for the return of this package. )

Finally after contacting the manufacturing company of the item I ordered I recieved a call from Nick at Chicago Mounts. and sent this E-mail to the manufacturer and cc to National Mount and Chicago Mount

Feb 7 2012- To whom it may concern, Thank you for putting me in contact with Nick at Chicago mounts. I have been running into walls and dead end with National mount out of. FL. I ordered a laptop mount for my truck on Jan. 11 and for some reason unclear to me it was sent out and then returned to UPS. I tried on several occasions to call direct to the numbers on there web site, only to get a message that told me the person I was trying to contact was not available. The end. Not a chance to leave a name, number or a better time to contact. I then tried every day for 10 days to contact them by E-mail, with each day the tone of my mails were increasing with frustration and anger. After the 5th day I did recieve a response, saying that my package WAS delivered and they had a signature on receipt as proof. It was very obvious on the tracking report that the package was returned to Florida. I am in Rhode Island. I copied that tracking report and copied it back to National mount. I then offered to pay for reshippment of my package. after 3 more days of ignoring my E-mails, I requested a refund. I have not recieved an answer to date. However I was contacted by Nick at Chicago Mounts at the request of one of your staff. In a 5 min conversation Nick assured me that he would have my item sent by Mon. I recieved a e-mail from UPS this morning to confirm that a package was sent out from Chicago Mounts. Thank you for your help in this manner. I am not one to tell you your business, and I am not one to make a purchase without research. I have heard excellent things about your products and decided to buy A Ram Mount. Distributors like National Mounts will do nothing for your company, except give it a bad name. Do yourselves a justice and cut National Mount from your distributor list, You do not need a bad company hurting your good reputation. And I would like to praise Nick at Chicago Mounts for his professionalism and prompt attention in helping me with this extremely frustrating problem.   Sincerly, Troy Rhodes.

Feb 9 2012- Second Response from National Mount

Maybe next time u should give a real address instead of a p.o. Box... Also we tried calling you several times for a real address. But I guess its easier to pount the finger at the other guy.

Feb 9 2012-If I would have been informed that it was being sent by UPS i would have been happy to give a physical address. This is not my first time buying over the internet, and i know how things work. Maybe if you would have answered more than 1 of my several e-mails it would not have been neccessary for me to go this route. You cant ignore customers and expect us to just go away. Good luck in your future business with customer relations like yours, you will need it. And you can blow smoke up someone elses a*s about trying to call, Has leaving a message to return a call ever occured to you. Probably not since the calls were never made.

  Feb 9 2012-  3rd response National Mounts

Ok.. You win.. I hope this makes your day.

Now go buy yourself an ice cream.

Feb 9 2012- Dear SamYou are really a piece of work. I will go buy myself an ice cream as soon as I forward this to Ram Mount and every other brand that you advertise on your website. It will make my day when all of them stop letting you be a distributor. Grow up and act like a business man. This is childish and pathetic.

You can clearly see what this company thinks of its customers DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
