National Movers Allways Moving and Storage they also uses Eco Movers company lied to make me sign a binding contract,to charge me more upon pickup Dallas Nationwide
before signing my binding contract with national mover,I contact the sales rep Joe Taylor about a question on the contract,I told her I only had 30 boxes to move,I didn't understand what the contract was referring to as far as square feet and different size boxes. Joe Taylor told me don't worry about the square feet and box sizes as long as I had 30,she even told me if I had one or two extra it would be ok,i actually only had 24 boxes.the driver shows up to my home see the boxes and says it would be an additional 600 bucks because of square feet.so I call joe she wasn't working that day spoke to the customer service/operation manager .
he was very rude and unprofessional and basically said they won't do nothing because I signed the binded contract,I told them Joe told me not to worry about the square feet she was misleading and basically lied ,so i would sign,he said he won't do nothin I signed a contract. I told him he needs to do a better job training your sales rep so there's transparency with the sales rep and driver he hung up the phone on me.my wife is pregnant I had a three year old,so I couldn't afford any more delays, I let them load up, after giving the drivers assistant a tip, cause he was the only professional person,he told me this happens a lot with this company.
not sure how there in business, spoke to a customer service manager Cathie, a week later,she apologize for the unprofessionalism and told me my delivery date will be April 6 to confirm,I called April 7th because I haven't received a call for delivery she told me look at my binding contract they have up to 21 days to deliver again never explain to me then she started talking and acting like her other peers very rude and unprofessional ....stay away from this company run as fast as you can!!!!!
