Complaint Review: National Moving and Storage

Had a detailed itemized list of what was going on the truck. Furniture was accurate except I had one less chair and ottoman. When I called the day before I got new pricing based on accurate box count, they quoted abput $100.00 less because of box size. When they loaded my truck I was told they would have to charge about $1500 more. I had to unload half of my stuff and leave it. I am on a timeline. This was an obvious case of deception. I spoke to the Executive Director and offered her the opportunity to make it right

 Quoted 2900. Movers had accurate list but at pickup had to leave half my stuff behind or charge 1500 more.
