Complaint Review: National Moving Express

Flat Rate estimate: $1025 / Cost at pickup: $2154 Missed delivery date, won't tell us where goods are at, or when to be delivered. Number of lies told throughout the quoting and delivery process. Still no delivery date given to this date.

Reps will not return calls. Have been told our goods were put on a wrong truck, needed to come back to warehouse and go back out, delaying delivery. Problems with other customers delayed delivery, ect.

Suspect that rep is claiming to be 2 individuals (Will, who quotes price and delivery; and Jay, who takes care of problems that "Will" has created)

I suspect our goods have never left thier warehouse as promised and told, that they are lying to us, waiting for a full truck, and ignoring the contracted and verbally promised delivery date.
