Had a terrible experience with the broker (National Moving Network) who tried to obtain payment twice, refused to honor estimates made, and permitted its agent (Access Van Lines) to attempt to inflate charges both on weight (despite incessant demands for tare weights at origin and delivery-no weights ever provided), packing ($30 per cardboard box), and to ignore damage claims per stated insurance on bill of lading. They did not deliver on time.

This was an estate move and an otherwise terrible time for us, since we were clearing out our parents house in a state in which noone else resided - time constraints were paramount.

At time of pickup, Access Van lines demanded payment independently of what had already been paid National Moving Network and inflated costs even at this time.
