I have just read the 31 most recent reports and our experience is identical--our belongings came on the 5th promised date, looked like they'd been run over by a tractor--that is, what was actually delivered. Lots of things missing. Cannot get a live person on line. Cannot get a claim form. Do not ever get a return call. Spoke once to a live person, who said about missing items, "Oh, well, maybe they were delivered to the wrong person."

Am contacting lawyer, federal government, state attorney general. Do not understand how these people are allowed to stay in business.

Anybody get a Trek black, silver and blue mountain bike?

Carol,
Try calling this company. If they cannot directly deal with your insuracne claim, then they can at least tell you the individual agent that will help.

ADRIATIC INSURANCE COMPANY

Telephone: (800) 535 - 7291

When another victim contacted the insurance for AY's sister company of Progressive Van Lines, the victim was told that the insurance company had never gotten the claim that had been submitted to PVL. You should take matters into your own hands and make sure your broken things are paid for. Take a lot of pictures of your damaged items for them.
