Complaint Review: National One Telcom

It started with my computer crashing. When it was turned back on a icon with a girl and xxx about was shown. I deleted it and 2 days later it magically reappeared. My computer would always say there is an error and the screen going all blue. I had to delete my whole computer and restart loosing all family pictures, work reports and other valuable unreplacable items. Two weeks later I got a bill

There is a 16 dollar phone bill saying we called the UK. I E mailed the company at www.nationalone.com and told them that this never happend. They told me that it was from visiting a premium web sight that conects like a 911 call tracing the call that I watched some web camera girls. This never took place.

I asked how they got the figures and I wanted to no what sight it was. They said they couldn't tell me and after several E mails they gave me the sight. I went there to read the terms and see if it was some thing I had went to and it started down loading some soft wear. I hit no I don't want to down load it, no, no,no, and it started magically loading. I turned off the computer and the icon of a girl and xxx above it was on my desk top once again. I deleted it and it showed up again 2 days later. This isnt a sight I visit. I dont no where they got the figures for time. There wasnt 10 seconds let alone 4 min.

They blocked me from E mailing them and if I dont pay soon they will turn us into collections and it will overall hurt my credit rating. I could just pay but they it if for services that never existed and isn't right. national one does not have a phone number and I cant do any thing about the fees. When I call USBI I get the run around that there is nothing they can do and they only connect. They ruined my computer and are waising my time by trying to have to figure out how to get the fee's taken care of.
