I have recieved a bill for $32.00 from National One Telecom, plus they want me to pay an additional $15.92 to my phone provider from someone called USBI.

For a pay-per-view usage at 4:04 am and 4:07 am during the week day.I get up at 5:30 am for work, plus I do not use pay-per-view I have cable.

My phone company is working with me right now,
I told them I am getting up with the FCC.
This is ridiculous.
