I received a bill from National One indicating a call to the UK. Unable to get in touch with them. Their website requires a program to be loaded before I can contact anyone. They have no phone number and threaten my credit rating

Checked out google to see if they were legit and found your website along with http://forums.techguy.org/showthread.php?t=224491&page=1&pp=15. The people at techguy recommended your site to clear up this issue.
