Complaint Review: National One Telecom

Just like all the other victims of National One Telecom reported on this site, we, too, received Invoice #215833 from them for long distance calls to the UK. When I went to their site to complain, they sent me an email saying, yes, someone in the house made the calls and we HAVE to pay! Otherwise they will send the account to collections!

When I went back to their site to tell them that NO, NO ONE IN THIS HOUSE MADE THE CALLS FROM ANY OF OUR COMPUTERS (!!!!) an automatic message pops up saying, you are only allowed one complaint per month. And, then USBI had also charged us the for long distance call. USBI agreed to credit the account. And, USBI informed us that more bills from National One Telecom are coming, too. But, so far, none have been received.
