Complaint Review: National One Telecom

I received a bill for a pay-per-view website in the United Kingdom. The cost was $16. for 4 min and we were also to be billed $1.99 on our phone bill for this. The phone # for National One Telecom is an answering machine and you have to down load plug-ins to get to their website to see what this is all about. No one has access to my PC that has authority to make any charges, so this has to be bogus.

They also state that if the payment is not received you will be charged a late fee and if that is not paid they will turn you over to a collection agency and ruin your credit. This is nothing buy a rip-off, so public beware.
