Complaint Review: National One Telecom

I received a bill yesterday for long distance charges to the UK which I did not make.

I strongly object to being "forced" to download software just to find out the nature of these charges.

I strongly object to the fact that no phone number is listed on the bill to dispute the charges and when I did find a number on the internet (along with many, many others with this same complaint)NO ONE answers the phone!

I have written a letter to National One refusing to pay for a service I did not use.
