National One Telecom billed me for visiting internet porn site never accessed. As a Fraud Investigator I contacted them by email and requested info on the transaction. Received only generic letter advising had to pay with veiled threat. Did not advise site visited etc.
Contacted Clark Howard (National Consumer Advocate) who advised that this common scheme do not pay. Today received a Collection notice from Collection Express threatening to place a bad report on credit history. No money will be paid.
