I placed an order online at the end of January and I was told that this order was shipped February 10th and that I could expect it within 6 weeks of that date. It has been nearly two months and I have not received a package or response, from either the seller or Naparex, as to the location of my order. I can't contact them via the web because the only way to sign up for their web service is by phone. Why by phone is beyond me. I just want what I paid for as I spent hard earned money on it and am on a fixed income.

I didn't even realize there was an issue with this company until I Google searched them looking for alternative contact information. But being as neither the company that sold me the product nor Naparex are willing to answer me, I have to presume I've been robbed.
