National Parts Wholesale refused to stand behind the warranty Jacksonville Florida
I ordered a body control module (BCM) to replace a defective one. I installed the re-programmed one and I had a problem with an alarm system. They had been told that there was no alarm system on the vehicle. Due to a pressing time contraint I was forced to drive the van to Texas to keep on schedule. During the drive the alarm system kept interfering with my ability to turn the car off and gas it up. I was finally forced to leave the van running while I gassed up. I got to my destination, and the van would no longer start. The alarm would not turn off. It had to be towed to a dealer to be repaired. It turned out that the BCM had burned out. Then it had taken out the Power Control Module (PCM) when it shorted out. It cost me over 2600 to have it repaired. Since I was not at home i was not able to do the repairs myself. So all total I am out over 3,000 dollars for the module from them and the repairs to Pyane Dodge in Texas. Greg Kenosha Wisconsin
