I bought into this group because it was sold well and I really needed the chance they promised. I eventually found out there was more to than how they explained it over the phone. I waited out my year to apply for my refund and now they are no where to be found.

National Pharmacy Network NOW Ripping Off Customer's Under Imperial Advertising and National Web Strategies

#2Consumer Comment

Tue, June 10, 2008

Dave Johnson and National Pharmacy Network are NOT out of business, they just opened up shop under another name, changed Johnson to Smith, and are right back ripping off more people with the same scam. I just confirmed today that David Smith, as listed on the Arizona Sec of State Corp site, is non other than Dave Johnson. He is partnered with Ivan Stevens, the companies are called, Imperial Advertising and National Web Strategies.

File Number: L-1434646-6
Corp. Name: NATIONAL WEB STRATEGIES, LLC
File Number: L-1434144-0
Corp. Name: IMPERIAL ADVERTISING, LLC.

Dave Smith is listed on the corporate filing, but the address is his sister's horse business and she told me that he is Dave Johnson, and she has rec'd mail for him in the name of Imperial Advertising, but she didn't know why he used her address. Isn't there a law for using a false name on a State Filing? The phone numbers are 480-276-3327 (Dave's) 602-954-8139 (Ivan's) 480-217-7333 and 602-985-4279 and 877-955-2224 and 602-955-4576.

These guys charged my mom $2200 for her website online pharmacy business, but $250 for the business and the rest for advertising. Luckily we disputed the credit card charge in time and now are fighting to keep the charge off. Ivan Steven's told me he has fought this battle many times and he always wins. They actually brag about how they are so bullet proof that they know how to get around the FTC laws and win every dispute. I beg all to follow up on this information with they attorney general reports already filed as well as any other means to stop these thieves before they take another dime from an innocent consumer.
