National Platinum Stole Money from my checking Account without permission Carson City Nevada
I just discovered that they are taking $14.00 a month from my checking account which I did not authorize.
They also show a $49.95 start-up fee on their web page so they probably stole that from my account also.
I called them and they told me "too bad". I said, "yes it is, you may have ripped me off for the past two or three months. But right now there is no money in the account for you to take - I am closing it.
And for your information, I intend to file a dispute with my bank, and a complaint with the California and Nevada Attorney Generals'.

The customer is sent an email within 30 seconds confirming the application to the email address provided on the application. It gives you 3 business days to cancel. It is the customer's choice to read it or not.
