National Pool Wholesalers Sauna - They Ripped us off! Okeechobee Florida
I bought a Sauna from them and 5 weeks later I am still waiting on parts for a unit that has never worked. They are giving us the run around and even state there are many people in front of us waiting for parts.
Be very warry of buying anything from this company. I still have no timeframe on when the parts will come in. I checked out another site and many people have logged complaints against this company for the exact same thing!

National Pool Wholesalers has a huge client base and deals with 10s of thousands per transactions. It is possible for some customers to fall thru the cracks and seem like they get a "run around". We do not operate in the fashion described by this customer "Joyce".
We often have competition file bogus complaints under fake names and handles to defame our company. Valid complaints from customer should include a full name, order number, and any more information to identity them from being a fake poster so we can properly address the complaint at hand. This post from "Joyce" does not have any of this information, so we can not even begin to try and resolve the issue.
In a better effort to solve "Joyce's" problem, we would need the above information posted in this open forum. Just posting negative information should not be accepted by such online reporting companies without proper documentation so the company in question can actually followup and properly attest to their side of the issue. IE: There may be notes in our system that have documented every phone call made to and from the customer, as well as phone logs, timestamps, emails, etc, all of which can be made public as soon as we know a true Identity.
We await for valid information from "Joyce"
