I received a letter,from National Prize Reporting Center,on Nov.20,2007 claiming that they needed information and a document fee of $19.99 to deliver prize monies,in this case the letter stated that I'd won $1,250,000.000.that amount is repeated here in verbatim,just now noticed that it's wrong also.

I did send the check of $19.99 in the mail the next day.
