I received a letter from this group, which upon initial reading would make me believe that they have identified me as a winner of $1,900,000. That I have an Id number and all. If I sent thenm $19.99 in cash check or money order, The would deliver this to me. It all sounds official, came in an official looking envelope, saying terms like "locate to deliver" USPS Secure Mail (what's that?). Upon closer reading, its "Prize data" (Not the Prize) that relates to you, that they will send you, And there really is no statement that they will send you the $1.9 Million.

I have won sweepstakes before, The letter that comes says " You may have won _____ in our sweepstakes" Please sign and date before a notary..." so they can identiy tht you truly are the person who won. After they recieve it back They send you a letter informing you won. And there is a contact phone number to call if they are ligit.

Also as an ex Long Islander, all these towns Levittown, Bethpage, Plainview are in close proximity to each other on Long Island, NY. Why would a ligit company be using 3 different PO Boxes in nearby towns?
