Thursday April 21, 2005. I recieved a letter in the mail today stating that I had won 1.9 Million dollars. I knew that this had to be a hoax. I tried to find out more about the NPRC, but wouldn't you know it, they can't be found anywhere.

I am sure they have a physical address to pick up their dirty money. They wanted me send cash, check, or money order to them for an "Attendant Reporting Office" fee. I am from the South, but I'm no fool! If this were a legitimate oportunity, they would have to hide from public scrutiny.
