Beware all New Homeowners, this company is trying to scam $87.00 + $35.00 in fees for copies of your new home deed papers, when you can get a copy from your local courthouse for a few dollars.
When you purchase a new home a copy is given to you in your new home package as well.
Beware there are so many small companies like this one, these days trying to scam people out of your good hard earned money, BE SMART CHECK COMPANIES OUT BEFORE YOU GET INVOLVED WITH THEM.
