If you purchase a new home and then receive "legal government looking" request for $83 to obtain copies of your Property Deed and Property description...trash it after complaining.  This is a scam to obtain money for something you received as part of your home closing.  Read the disclaimer on their paperwork if you don't believe me.  Don't be taken by these people...oh and after you don't respond to the first request...they send you a second...stating FINAL NOTICE and that you will be charged a $35 late fee if you don't pay right away.  Like you owe them something!!  You don't.  If you receive this...file a complaint.  I am.  Scammers like this should not be allowed to operate.  Oh..and then send them back a note in their pre-paid envelope telling them you are no dummy....
