National Processing Center Wanting my signature, phone number, spouse, Birthdate of myself and spouse to see if I qualified for a special funds from Social Security for final expense planning. Washington Dist of Columbia
I received in the mail today,( April 25,2017) a letter stating the Social Security Adminstration has made funds availalbe for final expense planning. I automatically realized this was a scam, by noticing at the botton of the return card.. "not affiliated with any government agency, but to contact National Info Center". The mail back card asked for my signature, phone, Spouse's name, Birthdates of both of us. I felt the need to report this scam!
