NPC can not explain their own fees.  I thought I was improving my rates but ended up paying between 2.3 to 3.1% over the last six months.  No one that I have contacted can explain their statements or the flucuation in rates.  There are so many hidden fees that they do not understand them.

did you ask your sales rep? The sales rep should be able to explain the fees that you signed up with. Also, did you go to WW.my NPCdata.net? there, you should see a detailed report of all your fees. For the 1st time, you can login with your merchant ID, as your username and your tax ID or Social Security number as your password. If you cannot get in, call merchant services at 1-800-683-2289 and they should be able to reset your password.
