Avoid this company at ALL costs.  Fist off they forced that PCI compliance down my throat and when I refused they billed me 19.95 per month.  Not to mention all the fee increases and charges that I Never agreed to in your "contract'.  I only do 2-3 cc transactions per month, they are keyed in to a cell phone and i Never keep any cc info.
When I finally decided to cancel they said--no problem just fax in a paper stating you want to close the account and that's it.   Only to find out they debited my account $250.00...Twice!!!
WOW.   Thank you for 8 years of committed and loyal business and never complaining about anything to us. 
I got a major run around to find out the company Business payment systems that i signed on with went out of business and later re emerged from bankruptcy as ---you guessed it B.P.S.
I spoke to a Joe that basically said well you signed the contract with a 3 year term but after that it auto renews.  No notification, no signing just auto renew therefore I have to pay the Early termination fee of $250.  That's right an Early termination fee after 8 years.  What CROOKS!
Not to mention they billed me twice in a week period for the same thing.  So my account now is Minus $500 with no cause and no warning.  I hope they go bankrupt again and I hope this is a warning to anyone thinking of signing on with them or there affiliates.
And in the course of this spoke to Two affiliate employees that said they no longer do business with this company due to crooked business practices.
DO NOT USE THESE THIEFS!!!PLEASE
