Two of my close friends were contacted by a man named Steven Johnson with the National Processing Division. They received phone calls saying that they were looking for me because I was involved in a lawsuit regarding a loan I had taken out. I called the phone number he left with both of them, (212) 660-2132, and the man on the other end answered the phone "hello". I thought this was odd considering it was supposed to be a "Law Firm". The man spoke with a very heavy Indian accent and I was not able to understand him. I did not give him any of my information, but he still told me I was being sued and that I had a lawsuit against me. How would he know that if I did not give him my name??? Well needless to say the man started screaming at me and telling me I have a lawsuit pending against me. He asked if my name was "Darrell", and I said no. He then hung up on me. I found the whole situation very strange.
