when you call this company the same man always answers the phone, that is when you can get through. i told them that i did not give personal confirmation for them to withdraw money out of my account and they told me that they were going to have my husband arrested for fraud. i told them to tell the fraud manager to call me and he did and he sounded exactly like the first man i spoke to. we spoke about this, he said he was going to pull my file and call back and has not yet.
i also told him that i wanted to cancel this order for magazines and a free trip or coupons because there was only supposed to be one payment of $79.00 taken out of my account and they took 2 payments out. they told me that i was locked in and once in always in there was no canceling.
how is it that when you call you can never get through because the recording says that all reps are busy but when you finally do get through the same man answers all the time. how i know this is he gives the same name all the time.
