I ordered an alternator upgrade kit from WWW.ALTERNATORPARTS.COM A.k.a. Randy DuBois A.k.a., I never received my order. I have sent numerous emails to Randy DuBois at nqs12@aol.com with no responce.

I have also called and was told that they would check on my order but they think it has already been shipped. I was also told that National Quick Start A.k.a. Randy DuBois A.k.a. Nqs Internet has been experiencing problem with their shipping and if that was the case they would reship my order with United Parcel Post.

My order was placed on July 29, 2004, as of march 2004 the issue still hasn't been resolved. I have asked National Quick Start A.k.a. Randy DuBois A.k.a.Nqs Internet to give me the name of the shipping company and I would put in a claim with them, I can't even get that out of them, no responce of any kind.

I sent another email to National Quick Start A.k.a. Randy DuBois A.k.a.Nqs Internet on Thursday 03/18/04 to try one last time to resolve this issue, I see if they respond to my latest request.
