I received a phone call, and am not sure how this service even got my name and phone number, since I am on the "do not call registry." Some slick, fast-talking, over-friendly salesman talked me into purchasing magazines, for four years, and in those four years I will owe them $1,197.00! He told me I had been selected and entered into the million dollar sweepstakes contest. He also promised me a $500 gas card, saying it would be delivered to me within 5-8 business days. The card never came.

I have tried calling the toll-free customer service number, regarding my magazine orders. They said they didn't know who I was, and claimed I was never entered on their data base, and gave me the "run-around" as to how I can keep calling them week after week, to check if my name and information have been entered. They assured me they were not trying to cheat me, that I could cancel any of my orders within 30 days, once I was in their data base system. I have called them on several occasions since, and given the same story.

I got a letter telling me the magazines were already on order, though I told the representative at the customer service number that I had decided I didn't want them. I was told they are going to charge my credit card $49.90 a month for these magazines for the next 4 years. I cannot afford this! I want out of this mess!!! I am convinced I am being lied to, manipulated, and am not being listened to. I am not going to pay this monthly fee, for magazines I do not want!
