Complaint Review: National Reader Service

I got this phone call from the National Reader Service company today. They stated that I owned them money for a subscription I set up a few months ago. However, I never set up the subscription. I kept telling the person months ago that I was not interested and I ended up hanging up on them.

Today when they called, they stated that they had my address and credit card number, but I never gave it to them. They will not let me cancel and are saying that they are going to charge me anyway. What do I do now?
