Basically, was told I could cancel at any time and now the song and dance has changed. They have upped fees and I can't even begin to talk about harassment I have been dealing with. Read all the other reports, my story is the same. I will not be paying them any more money. They have no other financial info on file and I think a class action suit is necessary.
Even when I told them I could not pay, I am still getting 4-5 phone calls a day which in and of itself is illegal. Do NOT fall for this scam, it causes a lot of heartache.
